Summary
The Financial/Actuarial Systems Manager will lead the newly formed Financial Systems Application team in planning, developing, integrating and managing applications used by the Finance, Tax, and Actuarial areas. The team’s primary mission is to provide the OMFN Finance department with dedicated support for the financial and actuarial systems and data that is critical to ongoing operations. The Manager will also serve as the liaison to third party providers of financial services to OMFN. This position is responsible for a staff of financial system developers, database developers, and reporting specialists. Working the with AVP of Applications and Business Systems, the manager must hire several key positions to establish the core of a high performance group that will serve in a critical and visible capacity supporting financial systems. Particular areas of emphasis for the Manager include financial systems application support, vendor management, financial data integrity assurance, change control, application readiness assurance (testing), project management, and bridging functional requirements with technical capabilities.
OMFN has made a significant investment in sophisticated financial information technology and relies heavily on data interfaces between multiple internal and off-site source systems. •Partner with the OMFN IT Infrastructure group to oversee and manage the physical environment supporting financial systems applications.

Required
